Here are a few suggested itineraries that we love

Itinerary 1
Itinerary 1: A scenic drive from Oughterard into the heart of Connemara typically follows the N59. This route takes you through dramatic landscapes of bogland, mountains, and lakes to Kylemore Abbey & Connemara National Park.
A visit to Kylemore Abbey with lunch, combined with exploring Connemara National Park, requires a full day, roughly 8/9 hours total. Allow 3–4 hours for Kylemore Abbey (including the Victorian walled garden and lunch), and 3–4 hours for hiking or visiting the National Park in Letterfrack, which is only a 10-minute drive from Kylemore.
